As a Reporting Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Fraud and Financial Crime Operations team, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive performance reporting and insightful analytics. Your primary focus will be on working alongside senior leadership to define and implement the reporting strategy and framework essential for operational management, ensuring the achievement of Customer, Controls, Productivity, Efficiency, and Financial objectives. A solid understanding of Fraud or Financial Crime Operations, paired with a proven track record in designing and executing effective reporting and Management Information (MI) solutions, will be vital for your success in this position. Additionally, you will support the business in addressing challenges through data utilization, providing descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete reporting product delivery lifecycle, including Intake Management, Issue Management, Re-certification, and Funnel Management for requests from the Fraud/Financial Crime Operations Team.
  • Develop and implement the reporting strategy while creating a delivery roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Work alongside Business Analysts to enforce governance and control measures, which encompass the completion of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Quality Assurance/Testing, Peer Review, and Business Sign Off.
  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to determine the most effective reporting solutions available.
  • Secure necessary approvals for data usage (DUC) and conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA).
  • Identify data gaps and collaborate with external teams to integrate new data into the data lake, facilitating fully automated reporting solutions.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Fraud and Financial Crime operational functions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • May have responsibilities for managing individual contributors.
  • Proactively deliver added value to the business by narrating the story behind the data through insightful analysis.
  • Develop business cases that empower the operations team to enhance performance KPIs.
  • Synthesize data into actionable information and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Extensive experience in business analytics, reporting, or a data-centric role, along with relevant leadership and people management expertise.
  • Proven experience in formulating a reporting strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive data analysis.
  • Strong grasp of data governance, controls, design, structure, architecture, and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, with the ability to transition from conceptualization to execution.
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an easily comprehensible manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage personal workload and deliverables effectively.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience or exposure to supporting Fraud or Financial Crime Operational Teams in a Reporting/Business Analyst/Data Lead capacity.
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
