We are in search of an individual who possesses a strong enthusiasm for data analysis and the skill to narrate compelling stories through data presentations. You will play a crucial role in influencing business outcomes by engaging with stakeholders from various levels, including the COO, Executive Committee, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

The Performance and Planning team provides essential insights and materials to the COO and the broader Executive Committee and Board, focusing on the effectiveness of our operational channels. Our team is composed of proactive, collaborative professionals who take pride in illustrating the performance of the COO, leveraging our commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities
The Performance Reporting Manager will assist the Performance and Planning team in producing polished, regular reports on our customer channels, Primary Corporate Objectives, key strategic metrics, and progress towards our strategic goals.

This role involves managing specific elements of reporting; you will not only analyze and question the data but also utilize your findings to creatively develop high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders in the most effective formats.

You will be encouraged to foster collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business performance and its determinants.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities with a knack for data interpretation.

• Proficient in communicating performance insights effectively, including through presentations and written reports.

• Capable of working efficiently with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to provide a comprehensive performance overview of the COO.

• Skilled in identifying and gathering relevant observations, data, and facts pertaining to the reported functions.

• Competent in analyzing data to uncover new insights.

• Proficient in logical reasoning to identify performance-related issues.
