CRM and Loyalty Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Loyalty Specialist to join our team at Carloans365. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships post-finance payout, offering warranty options to suit their budget and personal circumstances, and coordinating with dealerships to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers who have recently had their car finance loan paid out to advise of the payout status and to offer additional extended protection on their new vehicle.
- Establish and build rapport with customers in a single call.
- Provide customers with dealership details and organize the collection or delivery of vehicles as needed.
- Pitch warranty options to customers, offering 12, 24, and 36-month plans that cover mechanical and electrical failures.
- Handle objections related to budgets and reasons for purchasing the warranty, such as breakdowns.
- Set up payment plans.
- Manage and track warranty sales and customer interactions using the internal warranty system.
- Liaise with car dealerships and arrange customer collection or delivery.
- Outbound sales experience is essential; motor trade or finance broker experience is beneficial.
- Warranty or GAP insurance experience would be excellent.
- Exceptional work ethic is critical for this role.
- Ability to think on your feet and effectively handle and overcome objections during the sales process.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Can work independently, take initiative, and stay motivated to achieve personal and team targets.
- Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.
- £25,000 basic + uncapped commission – OTE estimated £45,000.
