In your capacity as a member of the Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure (CRHF) division, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our business relationships across North West UK. Your commitment to delivering exceptional training, education, and technical assistance will be vital in achieving our objectives while bolstering Medtronic's esteemed reputation in the industry. Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with:
• Delivering technical knowledge through presentations, product showcases, installation, and upkeep of our offerings.
• Strategically organizing clinical, technical, and educational initiatives with input from sales personnel and other relevant departments.
• Offering implant support to clinical teams in catheterization labs and operating rooms, as well as providing ongoing technical assistance to clients before and after device implantation.
• Assisting the sales team and clients with troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinating and leading training sessions for healthcare professionals (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with district teams, including the development of educational materials and plans.
• Cultivating strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders involved in the purchasing process.
• Aiding marketing and sales efforts in the launch and market introduction of innovative products and therapies through clinical evaluations and customer engagement.
Essential Qualifications
• Background as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with cardiac experience, or Radiographer with catheter lab expertise.
• Capability to operate effectively in surgical environments.
• Residence in North West UK.
• Proficiency in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cardiac medical devices.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape.
• Previous experience in training or education roles.
• IBHRE and/or BHRS device certification.
