Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our Business Generation team in London. This role will support our Real Estate and Advisory teams in delivering high-quality bid responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the bid team to develop and produce draft bid responses, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Manage the bid timetable to ensure timely submission of bids, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Review and analyze previous bids, best practices, and bid portal data to inform bid development.
  • Proofread and edit bid response documents, ensuring they contain all necessary information for a successful bid.
  • Work with the bid team to maintain a consistent quality of bids, sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of written responses, working closely with the bid team and other bid specialists.
  • Support the management of the bid library, ensuring it remains up-to-date and bids are properly filed and tagged.

Essential Technical Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience in producing draft bid responses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
  • Experience working with bid portals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
