Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support our business development activity into the Public Sector.

The role:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager to effectively support Partners in winning and growing work across our Public Sector clients.

This is a role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager in the management of Public Sector bids, tenders, and framework opportunities across the Firm.
  • Collating responses and coordinating all inputs for tender submission.
  • Ensuring compliance checks and coordination of contract review.
  • Supporting the bid team by using existing collateral to draft responses where possible.
  • Managing the Bid Store / Bid Library.
  • Ensuring all tenders are submitted free from errors.
  • Managing tender / framework portals, including building a pipeline of future tenders we should be tracking.
  • Supporting the evaluation of ITT's, PQQ's, OJEUs, RFPs using the 'go/no go' process.
  • Tracking and reporting on the status of all public sector bids across the firm.
  • Attending bidders' days for new public sector contracts and reporting back on all details / requirements.
  • Collating feedback on wins and losses and sharing with the Bid Team.
  • Supporting the handover with the Bid Team to the Delivery Team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar Business Development Function.
  • Knowledge and experience in successful bid delivery to the Public Sector.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Able to manage workload and competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
