The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A commercial understanding of budgets and timelines for projects
- Good communication skills at all levels to enable effective collaboration with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, etc.
- Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a vetting application and hold a valid right to work and CSCS card.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time, Permanent, Fixed-term contract
- Company pension
- Monday to Friday
- Construction experience: 3 years (preferred)
- CSCS Card (required)
- Enhanced DBS (preferred)
