- Monitor and control all costs, quality, and progress of the project.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to resolve any site issues and maintain project momentum.
- Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Implement effective risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality units within budget constraints.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, overseeing large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials.
- Extensive experience in managing and leading on-site teams of builders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safety procedures on construction sites.
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality standards.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
