About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage all aspects of high-value and complex construction projects for ISG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects fully satisfy customer and company requirements, supporting the Company's vision, strategy, business plan, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate the works of the site team, including sub-contractors, trades, and external supply chain.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance methods and standards to ensure delivery of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all company health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards, policies, processes, ISO accreditations, and legislative requirements.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sub-contractors, and supply chain.
  • Manage budgets and financial status with the QS.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues.

Requirements

  • Extensive construction management experience in a similar organization.
  • Demonstrable sound and extensive construction technical and legislative knowledge.
  • Experience of projects up to £40 million.
  • Knowledge of large MEP and pre-cast structures and delivery.
  • Experience of quality auditing and installations of fireproofing.
  • External earth/groundworks experience.
  • Coordination of trades, including finishing trades.
  • Able to provide accurate and timely reports.
  • Programme management/delivery.
  • Knowledge of NEC 4.
