Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Asset Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full project management and commissioning service from design to completion for all major works construction and maintenance projects as initiated across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, plan, and deliver construction and maintenance projects of major works as required to our assets across building safety and asset management.
- Accountable for planning and designing projects, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions.
- Accountable for managing project risks that may impact the project meeting its objectives.
- Accountable for leading project delivery, from mobilization to closure.
- The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the regulatory and compliance requirements of works projects are met.
Requirements:
- The jobholder must demonstrate experience of delivering asset transformation projects from inception to completion in a formal project management environment.
- Experience of delivering housing maintenance and construction projects to time, budget, and quality.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Tenacity and determination to major housing projects, overcoming constraints and always driving delivery.
