About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager - Contracts to join our team at Sheffield City Council. As a key member of our Contract Management Team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Private Finance Initiative (PFI) school projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery, management, and coordination of two of our facility management contracts.
  • Work with internal and external clients to deliver best value while maintaining compliance with contract obligations.
  • Develop and deliver FM and contract management strategies, utilizing strong property FM skills and a background in contract management.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve commercial acumen and see the bigger picture.
