We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Liberty HR Recruitment. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR-related matters, including employee relations, employment law, and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR activities.
- Conduct HR-related investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on compliance.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
