About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Hoar Cross Hall, a luxury spa resort in Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing personalized service, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining and bar services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft a variety of exceptional cocktails, from classic recipes to innovative creations, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, share knowledge about our beverage offerings, and create a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensure the bar area is always clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Staying informed of current trends in mixology and beverage service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and eye for detail in mixology, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
