The Role:

As the Lead Mixologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our bar, including designing unique drink menus, managing bar staff and inventory, and ensuring exceptional service is consistently delivered.

Your Responsibilities:
- Create and curate an innovative drink menu that reflects current trends and caters to our diverse clientele.
- Deliver personalized service to guests, offering drink recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency.
- Prepare high-quality cocktails, including the development of pre-batched drinks, house-made syrups, infusions, and garnishes.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Lead and inspire the bar team, providing training and mentorship to uphold our high standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar's cellar, ensuring optimal storage conditions for all beverages.
Personal Specification:
Essentials:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the bar or hospitality sector.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirables:
- Experience managing high-volume service.
- Food Safety Training certification.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Shift Pattern:
- Full-time contract.
- 5 days a week, 40 hours.
- Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
