We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Agilon footprint within the UK market. This nationwide role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, actively engaging with potential clients across various sectors.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, including solution configuration, quotation preparation, negotiation, and deal finalization.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including account management and technical teams, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets while adhering to established margins and commercial guidelines.
