About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Shared Ownership Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead. As a Shared Ownership Mortgage Advisor, you will have a keen interest in Shared Ownership New Homes Mortgages and a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with New Homes Sites and Estate Agency Teams
  • Collecting and acting on information gathered from colleagues and referrals
  • Providing advice on Shared Ownership Mortgages and a range of non-regulated insurance products and services to meet your customers' needs
  • Attracting new customers and business while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment

Requirements

  • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • CeMap qualified or Equivalent
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
  • 2 years or more experience as a mortgage advisor
  • Motivated to be successful
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • Full UK Driving Licence
