Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coordination: Lead internal teams and third-party collaborators, employing a combination of line management and matrix management approaches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively and influence a wide range of stakeholders up to and including Head of department level.
  • Goal Achievement: Ensure successful project outcomes by meeting project goals within specified timelines, adhering to budget constraints, and maintaining alignment with the project scope.
  • Effective Transition: Ensure a smooth transition into service by seamlessly integrating project deliverables into the operational environment.
  • Financial and Commercial Acumen: Work closely with supplier and finance teams to optimize project resources and costs.
Requirements
  • Significant IT project management experience.
  • Delivery of IT projects involving third-party suppliers.
  • Development/management of SOWs/third-party suppliers.
  • Agile Project Management/Scrum.
  • Technical skills/experience in alignment with projects to be run.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays).
