Credit and Billing Account Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit and Billing Account Manager to join our team at Zen Internet. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a range of customer payments using various methods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage customer accounts, maximizing sales while minimizing bad debt.
- Provide bespoke billing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met within agreed timeframes.
- Support other team members as needed and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated high level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in a sales ledger team.
- Awareness of accounting systems and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
