Credit and Billing Account Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Credit and Billing Account Manager to join our team at Zen Internet. As a key member of our Sales Ledger Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer payments and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a range of customer payments using various methods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Communicate with customers to obtain payments, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage customer accounts to maximize sales and minimize bad debt, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Consolidate customer accounts, providing bespoke billing solutions to meet their needs.
- Answer incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure all relevant parties are aware of potential issues that require resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer account records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work to exceed customer expectations, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Support other team members as needed, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve team goals.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate a high level of numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication.
- Ability to process information accurately, with a proven track record of working effectively in a Sales Ledger Team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and turn negative situations into positive outcomes.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your workload, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- AAT Qualification an advantage, but not required.
