About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Credit and Billing Account Manager to join our team at Zen Internet. As a key member of our Sales Ledger Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer payments and maintaining accurate account records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a range of customer payments using various methods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain payments by telephone, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage customer accounts to maximize sales while minimizing bad debt, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Consolidate accounts, provide bespoke billing solutions, and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and emails, taking appropriate action to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure all relevant parties are aware of potential issues requiring resolution.
  • Support other team members as needed, working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Adhere to data protection and ISO compliance regulations, ensuring the secure handling of customer data.
  • Use initiative and resourcefulness to resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to process information accurately, with patience and confidence when dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
