About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Services and Product Development Manager to join our team at Aardman Animations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for our licensing and consumer products portfolio, ensuring alignment with our brand values and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, including concept development, design, and production.
  • Provide guidance and support to licensees, agents, and partners on product development, ensuring that our brand assets and style guides meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer trends and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform our creative and commercial decisions.
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our products meet market demand and are effectively promoted.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the licensing and consumer products industry, with a strong understanding of brand management and product development.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of consumer trends and industry developments, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform our creative and commercial decisions.
