About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Creative Services and Product Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the creative direction of our brands and drive innovation in product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy for our licensing portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, leveraging expertise in consumer trends, licensing, and consumer products.
  • Provide guidance and support to licensees, agents, and partners on product development, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with our brand assets and style guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, consumer trends, and market insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Aardman team to ensure seamless execution of creative and design projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the licensing and consumer products industry, with a strong understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong creative vision and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for animation, entertainment, and creative industries, with a deep understanding of the Aardman brand and values.
