Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our award-winning employee engagement team at McCann Synergy. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside our ECD and lead a team of creatives and designers to deliver fresh, engaging, and effective work for our enviable list of big brands and their sizeable internal audiences.
You will be comfortable in the biggest boardrooms, presenting alongside our expert team and leading the charge for creativity in the fast-growing internal engagement space. Some experience of work created for internal audiences is desirable.
We're ideally looking for a candidate from a design background, with a real passion for your craft. Design is arguably the fastest changing part of the creative landscape, with the advent of AI and the continual advancement of new tools and processes. You will have access to a wealth of design resources within the McCann network, including full production facilities and content studios.
You are also likely to have a strategic sensibility and be comfortable articulating brand narratives, positioning statements, and campaign rationales to your clients. You will be experienced in helping planners to shape briefs that can act as a creative springboard and you will have a good intuitive understanding of how to scope work for your teams.
