About the role:
This is a rare and outstanding opportunity for an experienced Creative Director to join our award-winning employee engagement team, boasting a stellar list of famous UK, European and global brands.
You will work alongside McCann Bristol's ECD and lead a team of creatives and designers to deliver fresh, engaging and effective work for an enviable list of big brands and their sizeable internal audiences.
We're ideally looking for a candidate from a design background, with a real passion for their craft. Design is arguably the fastest changing part of the creative landscape, with the advent of AI and the continual advancement of new tools and processes.
You will have access to a wealth of design resources within the McCann network, including full production facilities and content studios.
You are also likely to have a strategic sensibility and be comfortable articulating brand narratives, positioning statements and campaign rationales to your clients.
A director-level opportunity like this doesn't present itself often, and we're looking for an ambitious, experienced and personable candidate who can uphold McCann's creative reputation, inspire confidence in your clients and bring a new flavour to our team.
