About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents. This involves providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
