About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home, including supervising and coaching colleagues to provide exceptional care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the delivery of care services and ensure that the care home meets the required standards.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care and services to residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
  • Ensure that all residents receive person-centered care and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements

To be successful as a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will need:

  • A background in person-centered care planning within a care home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
  • Compassion and empathy for residents and colleagues.
