Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Verwood. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other pharmacy professionals and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote the pharmacy services and support the local community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and ensure that the pharmacy team is trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care.
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, preferably in a community pharmacy setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
