About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our pharmacy services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive pharmacy services and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that our pharmacy services are aligned with the latest standards and guidelines
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
