As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of pharmacy professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service
- Manage pharmacy operations, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Experience in community pharmacy leadership or management
