Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to provide outstanding customer service and support
- Develop and implement strategies to drive pharmacy services and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
