Job Overview

As a Transport Analyst at Culina Group, you will report directly to the Contract Manager, focusing on the analysis and enhancement of our transport operations. Your primary goal will be to pinpoint inefficiencies, propose improvements, and uncover potential cost-saving opportunities within our transport services.

Working Schedule : Standard Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of the transport services provided to our clients.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Quantify potential cost savings and present findings to the Contract Manager.
  • Explore strategies to enhance service levels, such as improving on-time deliveries.
  • Analyze the impact of increased delivery volumes and ensure efficient integration.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our logistics team and production planning.
  • Oversee specific projects as assigned by the Contract Manager.
  • Collaborate with the broader logistics network to optimize costs and enhance revenue.
  • Facilitate monthly review meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in inter-factory scheduling and delivery performance tracking.
  • Provide support for the Planning Manager when necessary.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Contract Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Methodical and adaptable approach to work and training.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying precise information.
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on supporting operational efficiency.
  • Previous experience in finance or budgeting is advantageous.
