Job Title: Part-time Senior Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrator to join our busy sales office on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all incoming orders
  • Produce company reports and documentation
  • Maintain all paper and electronic filing systems
  • Raise sales orders and collate job orders
  • Assist with invoicing and expenses tracking
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Ensure discretion and compliance is adhered to at all times and assist in audit preparations
  • Work closely with and liaise with other internal colleagues/departments
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior administrative role
  • Audit knowledge would be an advantage, however not essential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Portrays enthusiasm, passion and ambition to learn and develop
  • Confident in working under pressure and multitasking
  • Takes a positive, proactive approach
  • Attention to detail
  • IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours; 8.30am – 5.00pm each day with a 1 hour lunch break
  • Office-based
Salary:
  • £12.82ph – £15.38ph depending on experience
