Job Summary:

StaffCo Direct is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants and trainee Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Team Support and Development: Provide on-the-job training, support, and mentoring to Consultants and Trainees, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client communications, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Business Development: Work closely with existing clients to understand their current market share and develop strategies to increase and gain new business within their network.
  • Recruitment Planning: Monitor and manage recruitment needs for key clients, advance planning for peak and trough periods to ensure maximum utilization of the driver pool.
  • Compliance and Payroll: Ensure all compliance requirements are met, meeting both legislative and company standards, and complete payroll in line with deadlines set by the finance department.

To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, able to act quickly and decisively, and possess a rational approach to problem-solving. You will also be able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
