Senior FP&A Analyst

Olympus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role will report to the Head of FP&A and work closely with the Head of Financial Control, Directors, and Regional Business Managers to provide robust forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of FP&A to develop and implement the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts, ensuring accurate and ambitious growth targets.
  • Oversee the creation of KPI dashboards in Power BI, providing actionable insights into business performance, trend analysis, and key drivers at various management reporting levels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analytical assessments, comparing actual results to forecasts and prior year performance.
  • Work closely with departmental heads to ensure model inputs are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Support commercial and operational teams in driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
