Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Capio Recruitment Financial Planning. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will provide administrative support to our experienced Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports and other documentation to support our Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Liaise with product providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Assist with the preparation of Letters of Authority and other administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative position, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to learn and work towards industry-relevant qualifications, such as the Certificate in Financial Planning
