Join Our Team as a Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Platinum Recruitment. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm of accountants that is setting up a specialized outsourced finance function. You will be responsible for helping to establish and grow the team, working closely with business owners to provide detailed management accounts and analysis.

You will liaise directly with senior leadership teams and key decision makers, providing them with the information they need to make strategic business decisions. In the medium to long term, you will take an active role in recruiting and growing a team around you, setting high standards and underpinning the firm's values.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Management Accountant with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams and key decision makers.

You will have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. You will also have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
