Job Description

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and review the company budget, forecast, and 3-year plan processes to ensure accurate financial projections and informed decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Review financial results and provide detailed sales and margin variance analysis versus budgets and forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial decision-making by communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights to identify margin improvement opportunities through customer and product analysis, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports to support commercial finance, account teams, and the wider business.
Person Specification:
  • Qualifications: CIMA or ACCA/ACA qualified, or QBE/Part Qualified with relevant experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong character, good social skills, and ability to confidently communicate financial information in meetings. Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a track record of driving process improvements and optimizing financial performance.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management ability, diplomatic, and team player.
