We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at Staffbase Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of parts orders and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage parts orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation and issuance of quotations for spare and replacement parts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform basic office administration duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of parts orders.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a parts advisor or inventory management role, with a strong understanding of parts ordering and inventory control processes.
- Basic office administration skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in SAP and/or SAGE a plus.
