THM Employment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of our business by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office-based sales role with possible customer visits and trade show attendance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including farm owners, farm staff, haulage owners, and drivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to discuss technical requirements and provide accurate information to customers.
- Review and update customer inquiries, create customer quotations, and communicate with internal teams.
- Organize and attend exhibitions, communicate with trade publications, and liaise with internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and follow up on potential leads.
- Technical understanding of mechanical, electronic, and software-based weighing solutions is preferred.
- Experience in the agricultural sector, particularly arable farming, is preferred, but other sectors will be considered from a suitable applicant.
- Strong computer skills for updating company systems and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work extra hours as required and hold a full UK driving license.
