Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and resilient leader to join our team as the Director of People, Governance and Risk. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in leading our people, governance, and compliance services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of organisational and cultural change initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance on governance and compliance matters
  • Collaborate with executive colleagues, staff, trustees, volunteers, and other stakeholders to drive common goals
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organisation
