Head of Finance Opportunity

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our client's senior executive leadership team. As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance function, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the effective management of all financial tasks.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, while mitigating risks.
  • Oversee the management of financial systems, including ERP systems and Earned Value Management.
  • Coordinate with IT staff to manage and upgrade accounting systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a strong track record of leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Outstanding knowledge of UK financial and accounting regulations, including communication requirements for listed companies.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including SAP, and Earned Value Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
