Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at LQ Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality in our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant and bar managers to ensure efficient stock management and inventory control.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for managing guest complaints and feedback.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
