Position Overview
Join our innovative team at LEON as a Global Compliance Manager, focusing on International Technical Standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supplier oversight and negotiation, demonstrating cultural awareness and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in regulatory compliance to ensure that all information provided to clients is accurate, clear, and readily available.

  • Evaluate and authorize suppliers based on international operational risk assessment criteria, employing the International Supplier Risk Rating.
  • Apply management skills and analytical capabilities to select dependable suppliers essential for our worldwide operations.
  • Ensure precision and transparency in customer communications regarding nutritional and allergen data by overseeing compliance with documentation.
  • Manage the integration of product specifications into client data systems.
  • Standardize operational procedures across international locations by developing and implementing uniform protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that products adhere to international compliance standards.
  • Promote ethical compliance among all international supply partners.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance quality standards globally through training and development projects.
  • Conduct systematic audits of international suppliers to verify adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in food service, retail, or manufacturing. Willingness to travel internationally as required. A genuine passion for food, sustainability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.

Skills and Competencies
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, quality protocols, and food safety practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Proactive and skilled in problem-solving.

Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
