Ethics and Compliance Director

BioTalent has partnered with a leading global pharmaceutical company to find an experienced Ethics and Compliance Associate Director.

This role involves leading the implementation and enhancement of a Global Integrity and Compliance Program with a strong focus on healthcare compliance across the globe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and Evolving Compliance Policies: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and global policies at both regional and local levels.
  • Compliance Training and Education: Designing and delivering compliance training programs for regional and local teams, ensuring completion and proper records management.
  • Risk-Based Monitoring and Compliance Checks: Executing routine checks in line with annual compliance plans, identifying compliance vulnerabilities, and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Investigations and Compliance Reporting: Supporting investigations into allegations of misconduct and reporting any compliance concerns.
  • Global Integrity and Compliance Initiatives: Assisting in the execution of global integrity and compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Codes: Familiarity with ABPI Code, EFPIA Code, and IFPMA Code.
  • Compliance Experience: Experience in compliance within multiple countries and understanding of country-specific regulations.
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a majority of this experience in a regional healthcare compliance role.
