Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Manager to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our expatriate compensation and payroll leadership team, you will be responsible for managing account relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with customers to ensure timely and high-quality reporting, aligning with agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
  2. Manage and deliver the end-to-end monthly data and compensation process, including data collection, processing, distribution, and payroll instructions, in line with customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  3. Identify opportunities for technology user experience improvements.
  4. Contribute to customer project workshops and meetings as a key team member.
  5. Lead consulting projects, such as process reviews and project-based work, to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Global Mobility, expatriate tax, and/or payroll, with a focus on data management, compliance, technology, and client management.
  2. Ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources, delivering concise business updates and suggesting process, business, and technology improvements.
  3. Experience in project management, with a focus on proactive management and adherence to deadlines.
  4. Understanding of quality and risk management principles.
