Company Overview:

LEON Restaurants is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Manager to focus on International Technical Compliance. This position is crucial in ensuring that our global operations adhere to the highest standards of technical compliance, particularly in supplier approval, customer documentation, and the establishment of international restaurant processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supplier management and negotiation, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and excel in problem-solving.

Utilizing your expertise in regulatory compliance, you will ensure that all information provided to customers is accurate, clear, and readily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and approve suppliers based on international operations risk assessment criteria using the International Supplier Risk Rating.
  • Employ management skills, analytical capabilities, and decisive judgment to select reliable suppliers essential for our global operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in customer communications regarding nutrition and allergen information by overseeing compliance with customer documentation.
  • Manage the integration of product specifications into client data systems.
  • Standardize operational procedures in international restaurants by developing and implementing uniform processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that products meet international compliance standards.
  • Promote ethical compliance across all international supply partners.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance quality standards in global operations through training and development projects.
  • Conduct systematic audits of international suppliers to verify adherence to safety and quality standards, particularly focusing on onboarding new suppliers.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in food service, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • A genuine passion for food, sustainability, and a commitment to fulfilling customer needs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP, quality procedures, and food safety practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and an effective problem solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
