Overview of the Account Manager Position

As an Account Manager within our Experience Retail division, you will oversee client projects and manage daily account operations, ensuring an exemplary client experience consistently. This role emphasizes strong organizational skills, relationship building with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

This position is ideal for an Account Manager passionate about the sports sector, with the added benefit of regular international travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager Position

Foster and enhance relationships with clients and broader stakeholders, serving as the primary day-to-day contact Comprehend client goals and challenges while developing market insights to aid in planning and creative processes Ensure appropriate levels of senior strategic or creative involvement in projects and meetings Responsible for accurately interpreting client briefs into compelling creative concepts and effectively presenting creative outputs for senior approval Manage updated work-in-progress and status reports for both internal and external stakeholders
