Senior Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Additional Resources. As a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with a director to drive business growth and development
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective negotiation and relationship-building
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of estate agency strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 months' experience in estate agency
  • Proven track record of success in sales and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
