Facilities Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our manufacturing facilities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general facilities electrical work, including lighting, power, and heating and ventilation systems
  • Carry out basic plumbing tasks and maintain boilers
  • Work collaboratively with the Facilities Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth facility operations
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified, with the ability to present qualifications at interview
  • Experience in plumbing and F-gas certification beneficial
  • Competent working in a general facilities maintenance role, with a strong understanding of lighting, power, and plumbing systems

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 + overtime available
  • A Monday to Friday schedule, with 1 weekend in every 4
