Job Title: Weekend Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Weekend Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general facilities maintenance tasks, including electrical work, lighting, power, heating, ventilation, boilers, and basic plumbing.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Maintenance Manager to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Competent working in a general facilities maintenance role, with experience in electrical work, lighting, power, plumbing, and other related areas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 1 weekend in every 4.
